The Deli
If you are looking for things like hummus, pesto, aioli and roasted tomatoes which are the way your father made them, then you are in the right place. Working close to the principle of not using anything “your grandmother would not recognise” (gratitude to Michael Pollan) all our products are free of preservatives, fillers and colourants. This is why we make these items often and in small batches. When you buy your jars of dips, pates and bottles of freshly squeezed juices, eat them in the car or drive them straight to a fridge, please.
